No-Return Policy on Medicines

All products sold by Hayrs Bio India are Ayurvedic medicines and health consumables. For health, hygiene and safety reasons — and in line with applicable regulations for medicinal products — items once delivered cannot be returned, exchanged or resold.

Please review your order carefully (product, pack size and quantity) before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, past its expiry date, or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos of the outer packaging and product — an unboxing video helps us resolve your claim fastest.
• Once verified, we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
• To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9557643072 with your order number.

Refund Timelines

• Prepaid orders: refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.
• You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp/email once your refund is processed.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
• Opened or used products (unless the defect was reported at delivery).
• Claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery.
