Delivery Coverage

We ship all over India. Orders are delivered through our courier partners — India Post and Delhivery — selected based on the fastest and most reliable option for your PIN code.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch update on WhatsApp and/or email.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural PIN codes may take slightly longer depending on courier serviceability.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID is shared with you on WhatsApp. You can track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders across most PIN codes in India.
• A COD handling fee of ₹112 is added to Cash on Delivery orders. Prepaid and Partial COD orders carry no such fee.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping charges may apply).
